Sandhills Stock Show and Rodeo
This rodeo and livestock show has been going on for over seventy years. It is a week long event full of leather slappin’ fun and excitement. No matter what different members of your family enjoy, there is sure to be something for everyone, from animals and cowboys to children’s rodeo and youth night.

Ropin’ and Ridin’
No rodeo is worth its salt without plenty of roping, riding and spur flying action. The Sandhill rodeo provides plenty of it all. One nice benefit to this rodeo, it is indoors. So even if the weather is bad you don’t have to miss out on the action.

Horse Show
If all that cowboy and cowgirl action is not enough, then head on over to view some of the prettiest fillies you ever laid eyes. The stallions and geldings aren’t so bad either. The quarter horse competition it tight and the horses are beautiful in the horse show.

Bring the Kids
Make sure the whole family grabs their cowboy hats and tags along, especially the younger cowpokes. There is a school days rodeo, a children’s rodeo and a Christian Youth Night which the entire family will enjoy.

Music, Food & Fellowship
There are plenty of vittles to fill up on while you listen to some of the free concerts being offered. Each year brings something new so this is an event you will want to come back to time and time again. The show is usually held in January.
